Default Help!!! who's headers will work?

I have a Chassisworks(Chris Alston)subframe for a 69 camaro and i'm looking for long tube headers that will fit a 6.2 or LS-9 engine in that subframe. Already tried DSE headers, frame would need to be modified(hits top inside corner of frame tube) on drivers side to fit.
Thanks Mike.

post a pic on where it would hit. Maybe someone else can compare it to their headers. What do you live? If you are in tx you can try mine

not sure if this will help you. I love the way they fit
and engine is trans is mocked up on my buddies 69 dse subframe

its close so we are going to have to tilt the engine up some or mod the crossmember. chances are the crossmember will get flattened out.

the adapter will need to be turned the other way. currently its touching the headers

Overall the SW header clearance is amazing. they fit perfect in the subframe.

Our SS Fesler LS headers will work on all LS engines for Chris Alston no issues.

Not all frames have the same clearances or put the engine in the same location. What works in a stock clip with an LS conversion will not necessarily work with our front clip. Or anyone else's for that matter.

Fesler builds a very nice quality header that will fit our clip no problem. Check it out and give them a call!

Even though they are $hitty headers that crack after 20k miles the s&p mid length do clear my chassisworks frame with an ls2. They also allow for a super clean 2.5" exhaust install. For $500 you get what you pay for. Cracks on cracks haha
