Default Composite Leaf Springs

Is anybody using Composite leaf springs? I tried searching, but it seems most guys run 4-Link or something else "fancy"

I have a 67`Bird, With stock dual "radius-rods" or traction bars, and I think that is an decent enough setup, it has supposedely some "super Stock" leafs.

For some reason, I believe composite leafs would be both stiffer and not so harsh ride that steel is, and MUCH lighter.

I would like to keep it simple, and it is somewhat cool to have leafs when everybody has coils

(Just an excuse maybe??) He..He..

Anybody use them?

I have actually used them before, I had a Complete Vette Brakes and Products setup on a second gen Camaro (shocks, springs, Sway bars and everything), it was a very firm and Nice ride, but they dont sell those kits anymore. Maybe 4 links have taken over the market? But that is a "long" time ago.. So my memory is not Perfect..

I dont have a Sway bar, so I may think of a bit "softer" spring and maybe a big Sway bar instead, it may be a more comfy ride but still good grip allround.

But I am just thinking out loud, here now..
