Default New Guy from Melbourne Australia

Hi All,
new to the site. I'm an ozzie who has been passionate about American vehicles all my life. Currently own
67 Mercury Cougar - Project
65 Mustang fastback - mild 347 stroker with an auto trans , some suspension changes.
68 Mustang fastback - 460 bb, c6, strut front suspension, rack and pinion, 4wheel disc brakes.
70 Mustang fastback - project. Full rotisserie , paint, 427 smeddings , tko 600, rack and pinion, baer 6 piston brakes fr and back. Coil over rear suspension with 4 bar.

My daily is a 2002 cobra.

Yes I'm bitten !

Welcome to Lateral-G!!! I've got a few Ozzie clients and yes, you guys are American Muscle car crazy! And Aussie Muscle car crazy... and about any kind of muscle, or car, or anything you can motor around on crazy. Nice stable of cars!

Welcome, those are some beautiful cars. Did you have to moidify the shock towers to fit the 460 in that 68?

Skooli,
when I first bought the 68 it already had the 460 in it (albeit a little sad looking), however it had a cracked cast exh manifold which was too bad to repair and we couldn't source another that would fit in the engine bay (later available versions kept hitting the steering box) , so I pulled and rebuilt the motor, put cutaways in the suspension towers and strut suspension from RRS so that we could then do a decent set of custom headers.
