Default Tranny line?

Can I test fire my set up with no tranny lines hooked up?
SBC with a 700r4

The set up is new to me and I'm wanting fire it up and see what happens before I get too far into the project.

Nope, those lines are coolant lines and I wouldn't advise it. You could burn up the band in your trans. I know personally. Had a brand, spankin new 700r4 that I did it to.

if you gonna do a quick light off then you can run a temporary hose loop.

Thanks guys, I'll run and grab a cooler kit and just temp it in for start up.

Speaking of burning up a transmission, where do I find the proper way to set up the kick down/TV cable?
