Google shows others with issues, but mostly from a couple years ago or more. I personally do not know anything about them.

I put their Level 1 suspension kit on my Cuda a couple years ago. I had some issues with their parts and they worked with me on it. Can't say it was smooth sailing but I'm still happy I went with them. I have been receiving emails from them with sales and what not. I tried to see when the last email was but I've been deleting them. I don't know how much effort you have put in to contacting them but I wouldn't give up. Aren't storms hitting the east coast right now? That might play into them being hard to reach.
Goodluck!
Dave

I have no real data, but they have been selling off their original test cars and their signature Level II suspension shows up as not available along with most other items. Not a good sign.
