i recently acquired a set of recaro cts-v seats but haven't received them yet. im now wondering if they are going to be to tall for my first gen camaro.

Those are nice seats. I haven't seen them in a first gen yet. It seems like the bases on them are kinda tall. I would definitely like to know if they do fit or how much work it is. Keep us posted!

It's all a matter of personal preference but it's difficult to even get a aftermarket power Recaro seat as low as the oringinal seats. I picked some power Trend Topline Recaros and I have the adj rails right on the floor to get them at the height I like.

Has anyone made lowered seat rails for the camaro?

Can we get a shot of the underside of the seat - I feel like you should be able to unbolt the factory mounts.
