Switch bezels?

I did a search but didn't find what I was looking for. I'm trying to get new knobs preferably billet for my wipers, ignition,and headlight knobs and bezels for my car. I know some of the few out there but not sure if there is a kit I can purchase to get everything I need. I'm wanting the blinker arm knob as well. What are some of you guys getting? This is for a 68 Camaro

I used one of these from Detroit Speed for the headlight switch (matches my DSE wiper one). I want to use one for the cig lighter but keep forgetting to order one. Really nice pieces! They might be able to help you with the bases, similiar to the one in their wiper kit.
