Default Engine Vibration

I have a 69 Camaro with a LS1 and T56 out of a 04 GTO. The engine has a vibration when the TPS is at 4%. It can be sitting still in neautral or clutch pushed in and it vibrates at about 1600 rpm. When I'm cruising in 6th gear at 70MPH it vibrates at about 2200 rpm. I can get it to vibrate in any gear any speed any rpm when the tps is 4%. I have replaced the tps and there are no glitches on the scanner.

Can you feel it in the seat or steering wheel?
Try removing the drive belt?
Make sure there is no part of the engine or transmission touching the body.

I feel the vibration in the wheel, seat, my phone sitting on the console jumps around. I think the engine even sounds different.
I took the belt off and its still the same. as far as anything touching the body, I really don't think so.

Have you had the engine tuned by a reputable tuner?

No I have not had the car tuned yet. I was thinking this is a tuning problem. I just don't know where to take to.
