Default Baer Brakes..... Hard!!

I Have A 4 Disk Brake Setup From Baer And I Find The Pedal Effort Is Quite High.... It Stops, But It Is Tough To Depress The Pedal. This Is A Manual Setup And I Realize It Is Supposed To Be A Little Hard But.... The M/c Is A Baer Unit With A 7/8 Bore Size And The Pedal Rod Is Straight Into The Bore Of The M/c... Is There Another M/c That Decrease The Pedal Effort. 69 Camaro Thanks In Advance!!

I cant tell if the stiffness of the brakes is normal or not... having manual assist is going to be quite hard to push down. the only way i know to make that easier is to upgrade to a vacuum assist brake booster.
