Default fuel line question?

I am looking at replacing my entire fuel system and all fuel lines.
I am looking into instilling the fitech efi and have a vapor works tank. wondering what size lines to use for the supply and return as well as line types? I currently have a sbc with about 450hp but would like to size the lines for a 600+ hp LS motor in the near future.......
i have read that the standard steel braided line is NOT the way to go, so i am thinking hard lines with the ptfe an hoses at both ends.
do you guys think 3/8" would be enough for the supply?or should I go 1/2"?
what about return line size?
any other suggestions?
thanks in advance for your help

3/8s stock lines is what i used. Then a short 10" line from the hardline to the engine and the same in the rear from the hardline to the tank.

Correct on the no return line. All VaporWorx systems are intended to be single line to the fuel rail. If used in a return line arrangement fuel module performance will suffer.

Your plan for stainless hardlines and flexible PTFE ends is a great chioce. I've been running the same setup since 2002 with zero problems and have even reworked the lines with ease. Just be sure to properly support the line that goes to the fuel module outlet. You do not want to have excessive strain applied to that end. Since it is plastic it will easily break.

AN6 is sufficient for the power you're looking for.
