Default Fourth gen dash in a 68 firebird

Has anyone done this swap? I have a 95 formula donor car and want to swap dash and console into my first gen.any advice is welcome thanks

I did a 4th gen dash into a '67. The hard part is making brackets and getting the column lined up. The upper panel needs cut obviously. The windshield out of the car is the easiest way to do it so you get the right size cut and make it easier to make the brackets. I used a 2002 dash and console for mine.

seen it done many times, many years ago. I think it badly dates a build

Especially the early 4th gen dash. The cool thing now is the 5th gen dash. Soon it will be the 6th gen.

This is true.but im not looking for a show car or a me first car.just an upgrade from a 53 year olds look to a 26 year old......maybe its just im an old man thing
