Default Air conditioning identifying and trouble shooting help

Hey everyone:

I have a buddy with a '73 Pontiac T/A LS1 swapped and with an aftermarket AC system. AC brand unknown as he bought the car this way and no paperwork provided. Unfortunately for him the car keeps spitting belts when he gets on the throttle, despite having the idler and tensioner pulleys replaced. I was wondering the following:

1- has anyone had issues like this? any suggestions on what to look for/ common causes, etc.

2- Does anyone recognize what brand AC unit this might be? He didn't see any identifying logos on the brackets, etc.

3- Any recommendations on how to fix this, or, if another bracket design is a known good one he should look into?

Appreciate the help, thanks!!
