How was the manual swap? Was it originally manual car ?

The tranny swap was not too bad, pretty straightforward as they say, but a LOT of work for me, mainly because I had to do pretty much the whole swap by my lonesome.
The Trans am originally came with a TH350 auto, so I had to change stuff around to convert to stick. I decided to go with a manual linkage. Pretty simple like I said, just alot of messin around and several days of time.
I will try to throw in some updates on here when I actually get it on the road with the new tranny and let you know how it goes. Right now I am waiting on the custom-length driveshaft from Keisler Engineering.

Hey guys--got the driveshaft about a week ago, stabbed it in and went for a test drive. Everything works great sofar, been driving it about every day, I've got about 400 miles on it now, and no problems. It shifts and drives like a dream!! Torque is wicked in 1st and 2nd, chugs along at 2000 rpm at 80+ mph in 5th!!

Can't wait 'til I have about another 100-200 miles on it and the clutch is broken in, so I can really thrash on it!!
