Default Everyones height and...

If you are 6 foot tall or taller, how comfortable are you in your first Gen? I had to slide mt seat back until my front seat is touching my back seat. It is the reason my Vert is a speedster, the rear seats are useless.

By the way I'm 6'4", 285 lbs, 'course I'll take a dump and drop 8 lbs.

It's been a while since I've driven mine, but I dont recall being too uncomfortable to bear it. Ingress and egress has always been a PITA for me though; almost like crawling inside the trunk. Good thing I've got tilt.

Same height, but you've got about 85 lbs on me Jim.

I am 6'2'' 185, the seat in stock position all the way back, I fit, but it isnt ideal. I think at some point I will want an extra couple inches. My head just touches the roof and my legs wont like long trips, but its alright.

Speaking of that...going out for a cruise now.

I am also 6'2" and 185 the stock seats are a littel tight for me. I friend of mine at work has a 67 Firebird vert that had seat extends in it. he let me borrow them to make a set. I don’t know where he got them from if they were any original option or what. Here is a picture of them. TO bad I am using after market seats now.

I'm an easy fit into most cars... I'm just over 5'10" and 150 lbs.

Unfortunately I have a very high "ape factor" (my arms outstretched fingertip to fingertip are 5.5" longer than my overall height) so I often have a real hard time finding the right seat position where my arms are comfy using the steering wheel and the shifter. Usually if I set the seat for my arms to be happy I end up having to scoot closer so I can depress the clutch fully, then I feel all bunched up around the steering wheel. I could always do the "ghetto slouch" and recline the seat way back to make the arms feel better, but I refuse to do that. LOL.

The ape factor thing is good for rock climbing though, and the low weight means most of my friends usually let me race their karts/quads/bikes since they pick up a ton of speed with me on them.
