Default air suspension ride quality??

ive been drivibg my bo arround alittle and have already noticed things to upgrade.. .. have fixes for must, but ive noticed that im having alot of high frequency road noise transmitted to my butt from the road surface

(with solid bodymounts and del alum bushings it isnt really a supprise) but im wondering if adding a pair of bags in the rear and shockwaves in the front shoudlnt take some o fthat.. or is it my shocks that are transmitting all the high frequency vibrations.. (i can feel the road surface but not the holes and bumps)

also is there a spring rate chart for the bags that compares spring rates for the airspring at different lenghts and pressures??
