Default low/mid mount turbos

I hve been asked to doa twin turbo setup on a 65 mustang with a 5.0 in it and ive been scratching my head about how to fit everything and the idea of mounting the turbos next to the bellhousing dawned on me.. but will i need to go down in turbine size to compensate for any heat loss in the longer tubes, also how do i scavenge the oil... what kind of dry sump/scavenging pump is needed?? will the cold side pipes be too long for a front mounted intercooler?? how far backcan i mount the turbos without sacrificing to much drivability??
