Viper seats

Wondering if anyone has used a set of dodge viper seats in a 69 camaro? I heard that the frames are fiberglass? Wanna put these in my car but worried about if I have to do any welding to the tracks to make them fit also wondering if they will tilt and roll forward enough for my kids to get in the back. I hope someone can shed some light on this for me. Thanks
