Tons of brushed aluminum and clip on bars, I would say that's definitely from Exile. Though it seems he doesn't like to actually paint bikes these days, just set fire to the bare metal or rub grease on it..

No, I think I met the guy who owns the shop that built this when he was checking out my car. It's locally around here, I just can't remember the name... their logo is the red M symbol - you can see it on the tank:

I would assume the local guys got it in kit form from Exile and built it and painted it, or had it painted. That is definitely an Exile.
