Arrow Need Advice....WWYD?

I have a pretty nice 90 Mustang GT but dont know if I should keep it and update it or sell it and start a new project with a older musclecar. My choices are 1)Keep current car and update it to P/T specs
2)sell it and take money to buy older car to restore.

my choices for new project car would be 70 Chevelle SS, 70 Monte Carlo SS 454 or 65-70 Mustang fastback.

What would you do? Here is a pic of current car.

So are you already working on the car in your avitar? If so, I would keep the 5.0 as it won't really bring too much money and it's a fun driver. I still like those cars and always try to stear the younger croud that direction because of price and available aftermarket.

The car in my avatar is not mine but a cool build pic I saw. I would love to build a 65 fastback. I might put my fox body back to stock drivetrain and put it in the back of the garage for 10 years then it might be worth something. Clean fox bodies are getting hard to find.

Either sell it or just use it as a cheap but fun driver car.

I just hate to see you sell a fun driving car to buy a roller that will take litterly 10's of thousands to finish. I personally think it would be way more fun to build a long term PT project with this car to drive the whole way threw...but that's just me!

I sold my street bike to buy my camaro roller, it's been 6 yrs of not having a toy and in hind sight it really didn't free up enough cash to get far enough on the project to justify selling it. Now if you are in the final stages of a project and the cash will finish it sooner thats another thing. Just my $.02

I go back and forth on this car...should I just keep it or just sell it. I think having a clean fox in ten years will be cool but this car is not the car of my dreams. I want a older musclecar but when I look at prices and condition of some builder cars I wanna puke. If I could sell this car for wahts its worth then I will bite the bullet and get a musclecar. I drive a 18 wheeler so I see old cars for sale on the side of the road all the time. I'm bound to find something to build.
