Default LQ9 swap tune problems

Hey all, I am in need of some EFI tunning help. The vehicle I am trying to get dialed in has been fighting me the whole way. Its a 1999 GMC sierra 2500 (new body style) with a LQ9 escalade 6.0.
I would like to send a HP tuners data log to who ever could point me in the right direction and help me get this thing dialed.

I am having problems with it stalling when thrown in gear fast, with the ac on, and sometimes starting. I have tried opening the throttle blade and opening up the air bleed hole. Another problem is knock retard at full throttle, or at medium load situations. I have dropped the timing to the point where the truck sort of bogs.

I need to also hook up a wide band O2 to the truck. I have a exhaust that is rattling like a MOFO so that might be producing false knock.

If someone can help, please let me know

Try Performancetrucks.net or Ls1-tech.com, they should be able to help out.I put an 03 escalade(lq9) in my 99 new body style with a t-56 behind it. I had a few tuning issues at first but I was able to get a local to work it out.
