Does anyone have any pics of their shock cross member before they put it in the car? When trimming it to fit on top of the frame rails how do you retain the proper height?

it should set on the frame rails on each side.

I mean in this area, dont you have to trim the cross member to go over top of the frame rails?

no you just cut the opening in the floor ,and it lays right on top of the frame rails between the tubs.
