Default Need some help finishing my RS

OK, here goes- I have put this off for some time due to schedules and conflicts and everythign under the sun..... I really have to get that RS completed and need help. Here is what needs to be done:

The dash / interior - The dash is going to have to be re-done and the interior… well, the parking brake lever did come with a boot, but I need to get it mounted. That is the good news.
Electrical- The electrical system in there now is a hob-schmogle at best. It was only meant to be temporary and it has tuned out to be a nagging issue.
Body- Need to patch up a few neat things that happened in transit which I do not even want to think about. Doors do not shut well and the trunk lid is about 1/4 “ proud of the rest of the car. Some other stuff and I think best to have good advice of people on hand, then turn it over to a reputable shop.
Exhaust- It is not as loud as a full on track day car, but it does border on loud as hell. The boom tubes were not that well built and I need to do a new set here in our shop that will not split. (Better yet, I need to do the acoustics on a set that will not _tend_ to split due to excessive pressure).

Calling on volunteers (The car is in Tennessee- should be easy to get a few vols)-

I need some help getting the dash pulled out with jugs on it that will hold the thing in shape (as in exact shape) for shipment to China. We will fabricate a new one form aluminum or CF here and make sure that it will fit the same as the one sent. Ditto for some of the interior parts; I need simple templates to build stuff on here and send to the US.

Electrical is another hurdle- I need to develop the harness here in China. I will need someone to run some wires along the path that is discussed as being appropriate. Only a few; they will be the ones used to determine the overall length of the harness runs. We will thread a harness here in our shop and once complete and tested, send it to the USA. Of course some of the lengths will be incorrect; we will add some distance to all measurements for safety and when putting it in the car, cut to length and replace the connectors.

I do have a good friend in my hometown that has helped out a ton on this car. He is the man in terms of getting things done, but we need help as both of us are into major projects that pay the bills. He is a great family man and has that as well. I have already asked too much from him and hope that I can get some suggestions / leads that will take some load off his plate.

How could this work? Unknown; that is why I wanted to post this and see what my peers have to say. I do not like having to ask for assistance with this, but I feel that the forums are the best place for me to get ideas and hopefully a strong start on wrapping this product up. Open to suggestions and respectfully ask for any help I can get.

Me and my buddy are there if the car is close to Memphis. We have projects of our own but funds are low at the moment. But wouldn't mind helping.
