Default Finns Auto Restoration 69 Charger 6.1 hemi

Wanted to share some pics & info about a project we are doing.

Finns Auto Restoration & Custom. We are located in Molalla Oregon and have been in business since 1992. Molalla is within an hour of Portland Oregon. We are one of the larger Restoration shops in the State of Oregon. We usually have 15-25 Restorations going on at a time.

We are doing a 69 Charger project. We have disassembled the car, put it on a rotisserie, blasted it, then epoxy primed the bare metal. We then removed it from the rotisserie and installed a Art Morrison tri-angulated 4 link with a strange Dana 60, tubular K member & A arms, with wilwood brakes & coil overs all the way around. We modified the trans crossmember & installed a 2008 SRT-8 challenger Hemi in the car with a 5 speed auto. Also we have installed a Vintage Air system in the car. We have done quite a bit of fab work to get everything mounted & working together.

We replaced the 1/4 panels, Wheel house panels, trunk floor, passenger floor, panel below the rear window, tail light panel & rear lower valance also.

I will post more info & pictures in time as we move along.

Thanks, Denny

Sounds like another great build!

Denny, who do you use for interiors...or do you do it in-house? I need a little work done...back seat recoverd and door panels covered.
