Default 1984 Regal limited GNXTREME pics!

Hi guys ,finally got some pictures up. Sorry about the quality but i'm not great with the computer....Anyway
this is my 84 limited that was originally green with vinyl roof. I started building it last october, and with the help of
my friend Tony, built a fun car for not a whole lot of money. the 305 3 spd auto was pulled, and convetered to a
91 L98 corvette motor . I installed a flat tappet circle track cam, and a victor jr with 650 race demon. It breathes through
long tubes and a X pipe from a fox body mustang (easy to fit!) and single chamber mufflers. Sound horny! Its backed
by a third gen fbody T5 5spd ,I also used the pedal assembly and hydraulics from the fcar. The rear is the little 7.5
with 3:73 gears from a blazer and an auburn posi unit. The wheels I traded my GTA trans am wheels for, they are off
a 93 vette. Kennedy Auto Collision painted the car in chrysler PS2 silver (the paint code off my minivan),after we
welded up all the holes from the vinly top and chrome limited trim.....(lots of holes!!)The suspension rides on KYB
shocks and A monte carlo ss front sway bar with urathane bushings ,with a factory rear sway bar. The coils are the
worn out originals hacked several times with a cut off wheel..he he Budget remember. Of course there are a million
other things the car needs, and hopefully I'll be able to do them in the future. As i'm sure you guys know...I'm probably
not the only guy on here with a budget and family that comes first. Not everyone can afford those 18x12 Fikse wheels!!It can be tough cutting corners to meet your goal, but if you built it yourself and enjoy it ,BE PROUD OF IT!!!!!

I likey, I my mom use to have a Regal when I was 14 that she would let me drive. I've liked them ever since.

Those rims really look good on the car too!

Default buick

Looks great the color and wheel combo is killer
In 1986 I got a 1984 regal bought it for $2000.00 Pulled out the six and put in a 327 with a ultradyne 626 lift solid roller cam, Borg warner 4 speed, and a 12 bolt. The car was very fast One night I raced a gnx and blew his doors off. The demise of the regal was one night it had some good traction pulled the front wheels off the ground with two budys in the car Came down so hard the widshield cracked and the doors did not work to good either.
The car was the most fun of my life

Looks Really Good. I was building my car on a budget until I got caught up in all the cool parts for these cars.
Keep up the good work
