Jeez Bill, you either live in the same building as that test server or you have fiber to your door...

This is what I get from broadband reports using the server in Seattle:

2005-09-22 13:22:57 EST: 2463 / 240
Your download speed : 2522537 bps, or 2463 kbps.
A 307.9 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 246431 bps, or 240 kbps.

As far as I know the GCI server is in midtown ( 6 to 8 miles away give or take.) They've been upgrading the phone lines in town to fiber over the last couple of years, but I'm not sure about cable?
