This a hijack

Let met get this straight

The economy is in the tank

The stock market in down 40%

My wealth is going to be re-distributed

Commodity prices have fallen drastically

The consumer and the bank are both hording cash

The bank will only loan me, my own money

AND Vintage Wheel Works is announcing a HEFTY price increase...

either this automotive market is immune to the rest of the market or all of my economic teachings will be re-tested...
I've seen it before when companies have raised prices in a down market economy,... man I sure miss that company, and their building was empty for SO long after they left...

I know, I know, 'its different this time'

hijack off

sometimes my Ecomomic background makes me ask all sorts of questions and question all sorts of things

Back to our regularly scheduled sales announcement

Buy before the price goes up

Mick

Up about 10% on average.

In response to the hijack:
And, I know it sucks to see a price increase, but you have to remember that the price to manufacture these parts have gone UP TOO! Not like the price of aluminum, boxes, shipping, rent on our warehouses have not all gone up too and we're left having to scramble to make ends meet. Remember, we're all effected by it.

It's too bad pictures of their entire line are not shown clearly on a nice car so We could get a good look at them all.

I like a several of their designs.
