Default Need Help: How much is this worth?

Its a 1972 Camaro Super Sport 350 (K car). Last year of the Camaro SS's until 96'. Its all matching numbers, un-restored survivor, except for the 406ci with edelbrock alum. heads ,Pro Flow Fuel Injection. Total 72' SS Production #'s = 6562 - (L48/350 ci = 5592) No rust visible, straight car, garage kept. Could use little TLC (paint touch up's and clean up)
-82,XXX miles
-Z27 code (Super Sport option)
-Norwood car
-Factory working A/C
-Sequoia Green
-15' TT's look alike‘s, new rubber
-New Black recovered Interior changed from original tan color
-Runs strong
-Ugly 80's body side moldings

Would appreciate your insight.
Thanks, Marcus

Sometimes you can just look at a car and tell it's clean. And that looks like a clean time macheen. I don't know what its worth, but you might be able to haggle a bit because of the color.

Good luck.

I spent alot of time looking for a 2nd gen Camaro about one year ago and purchased a 71 RS/SS 396 big block car with all the paperwork to verify its pedigree for $24K, 100% original. The car you mention has been modified greatly so the SS designation should be of little consequence, IMO, when making an offer to the owner. The 2nd gen Camaro small blocks which do have inherent value are the Z/28 cars, especially the 1970.5 due to factory high HP ratings and high compression engines.

Having said that, it does look like a clean car and well cared for. The values have risen in the past year thanks to the 1st gen Camaros. I would guesstimate $11-$14K for a fair deal. Good luck with the hunt!

Looks like a pretty clean car. 2nd gens are my Fav. I would say 18-22gs would be about right. Honetly these cars in original condition fdont bring hom eth kinda money that the 1st gens do but they can sure perform well.

I have not seen those cars bringing that kind of money around here. The color also hurts it, I would say 11K to 15K. Remember, most we see here have rust issues too, so that could be the reason for the common values here.
