Default mustang hydraboost ?'s

I know some of you are against this but I am running mustang brakes on my car so I figured ford prob had it pretty well sorted out when they did it....plus it wasn't too $$$.

now I was planning on modding the mounting plate for it that comes off witht eh big nut and snap ring. this part will be easy...on the pushrod I think I heard that they can't be removed without damaging the booster? or is there a special procedure for it? if there isn't I assume my best option is to cut and weld up the pushrod to suit my app?

The pushrod cannot be removed. It can be shortened and threads cut for adjustment. I used the stock "U" type bracket.

The firewall plate is the most difficult part. If you can get the plate off, it will be much easier to test fit.
