Default 6.0 LQ9 with CNC ported LS3 heads 525 HP

All my projects are on hold, decided to pay cash for my sons last two years at Cornell instead of getting more student loans. I've decided to sell my newest project engine since I just sold the car it was going in.

60000 mile LQ9 short block from an 04 Escalade
Brand new CNC ported LS3 heads from Texas Speed
LS3 lightweight valves
new PAC 1518 valve springs, heads assembled by Mike Lewis
new custom ground hydraulic roller by Pat G at LS1 Tech
.597/.600 222/230 @ .050 EPS lobes
new offset intake rockers for LS3/L92, used exhaust rockers
new 7.400" .080 wall pushrods
new ARP rod bolts (not installed yet)
new GM CTS-V front drive with new alternator, GM water pump, PS pump, balancer, and belt
new carbon fiber valve covers
new APW billet catch can
new LS3 intake
new billet fuel rails
new 40# LS7 injectors
used 90mm DBW throttle body

Engine should make 525 HP, maybe more. Also includes a used starter, GM computer and harness, DBW throttle pedal assembly, map, crank, and cam sensors, used Vette oil pan (need to purchase a pick up tube).

$4500 complete, you pick up or arrange pickup, I don't have a way to crate this. $4000 if you don't want the valve covers and catch can.

Jody -

Bummer to hear that it's being sold (but who can argue with priorities, right?). If you don't end up selling the valve covers and/or catch can, I am interested.

Thanks,

~ Jason

I have been looking for a Ls for my 69 bird. Your motor looks like it has all the right pulleys located to fit onto my car. I am also running mustang 2 front clip so I think I need the corvette oil pan to fit the the rack/pinion. Does the motor need any thing else to get it running? I live not far from you in Antioch.

It has everything other than the pick up tube for the pan; I didn't purchase it yet, wasn't positive if I was going to run that pan. I was going to have a custom harness made, but the engine includes the stock harness which many use.

Plumb it, wire it, and add the pick up tube and I think everything else is there to fire it.

Go figure. I just started ordering parts Friday to build this exact engine. This thing should sell quickly for that price.
