Default Hid's? 70 Camaro

Anyone know what some good kids are for a decent price? Found a couple kits on ebay for $100 and was wondering if anyone has used them. I like the halos too.

i got the detroit speed bright drivers to upgrade the lamps however im planning on buying the same ones i bought for my audi from a company called DDM tuning. I installed them on teh audi and it makes all the difference. You can choose what ever bulb type you want on there. I got the slim ballast 55 watt kit.

You'll have to upgrade your glass headlights to these , glass and inexpensive.
Then just get the D2R covers for the bulbs so it doesn't BLAST out ahead of you.

Is there any way to convert the glass headlamp to HID's? I have seen where the HID lamp will start to cloud an OEM lens. My buddy has them on his 08 Silverado and the lens is getting cloudy from the HID kit. I thought if someone could modify the glass lamp I could even run the higher amp kit, I think it's 95 amps and they are BRIGHT!!!!

Why would you even ATTEMPT to convert stock sealed halogen housings ???
Aftermarket glass H4 bulb housings are under $20......makes no sense.

Crap I didn't even see the link you posted because it didn't show up as a HTML link.

It would have saved me 15 minutes of searching to find it LMAO

Rikensport makes a really good hid kit. I had the 10k bulb in my 03 ss trk and no clouding problems or issues at all. In fact, I'm putting them on my nova soon
