Default New member from Nebraska.

Hello all.
Just a new member from NE. A little about me to start off, Im a husband and father of 2 kids. When im not being either of those, and i can get out of remodeling something (ya right ) I work on pretty much anything. I tend to try to make or fabricate anything i can with either my tools or others i have access to. i do not consider myself a master mechanic, but im not your average shadetree mechanic, Im somewhere inbetween. given the proper repair manual/diagrams i can figure out what is needed to solve the problem.
well enuff about me a little about my cars
first off the reason im here- yet another 1969 camaro to join the forum.
it was my dad's it sat in a shed for 12 years before i was old enuff to do something with it. long story short, i got it with no rear suspension, no front tires, engine, trans, interior. just a shell. After i totaled my 78 nova i got it rolling with a rebuilt 305(from the Nova) and m22 with a bop10 bolt rear. later after i shelled the m22 i built one hell of a th350 and added 3000stall and 4:56 to the mix. that got me through high school. i wanted more. pulled it apart in college(2year tech auto) started the bodywork in autobody tech (another year). i changed directions when i got out of college. i started of wanting to go fast straight. but i realized thats not enuff fun. so hence why im here. i plan to redo/design the front and rear suspension. finish the bodywork. build a lsx, 6speed auto or manual, havent decided. enuff rambling. here is the current status(been like this for 5years more or less with kids and house and wife $ goes elsewere

My truck (i know this isnt a truck site im on one) just thought id show them off. my 84 3/4ton f/r disc. 5.3l 4l60e swap.

and me and my dads 38(was the father son learning project that started the obsession)

If you want to know anything else just ask. I look forward to the advice i can recive and hopfully i can give some too.
