Default Bad suspension? Bad floorboard install?

Well it's time for me to move so I put together my front suspension... sort of. I don't have coilovers yet so I made something to sit in it's place with eye bolts on both ends for adjustment. I also am just using cotter pins for the lower ball joints because the threads are smashed and won't accept the nuts anymore.

Here is what is weird. the car is sitting on the tires again, except the front passenger tire is not really touching the ground. it's lightly resting on the ground but under simple pressure I can turn it left to right. "simple pressure" ie my hands not the steering system lol.

Soooooo did I install my floorboards wrong? Did I let the car shift? I don't think this is very normal and that's why I'm asking.
Thanks everyone
Clay
