Default FUEL CELL Installation / modification

Hello,

I recently finished up a gas tank modification on an aluminum tank that had some pinhole leaks. No matter how many times it was pressure tested and re-welded, the pinhole leaks would show their ugly faces again. So, I decided it would be much safer and less time wasted to convert it to a fuel cell. A call was made to Harmon Racing Fuel cells and they said they could make me a custom bladder for my existing tank.
Before I could give them the tank to build the bladder some work needed to be done on it.
I made a video of the work from beginning to end with pictures and video.

Nice craftsmanship! I don't see a vent line -- are you running a vented cap?

Thanks for the positive Feedback
It does have a vent line. The line on the left side(driver) is the vent line. Line on the right is the fuel. Its doesn't have a fuel return line. Close to the end of the video at approx 3:38 you can see an air filter at the front of the tank if you look close.That is where the vent line ends. After going into the bulkhead I ran the vent line in the direction of the left wheel tub then up as high as I could get it near the deck filler panel. At it's highest point the line runs just above the fuel fill cap in height on the quarter panel.The vent line then snakes over to the right wheel tub and back to center then through the floor to about an inch below the fuel tank.

As for my gas cap it was vented, but has been plugged. Its a MOON monza style flip top cap.
