Default Bulkhead placement

Need help placing my Vintage Air bulkhead. Please share your pics. Need to decide by this weekend.

I'm going to put mine under the Pass fender Like Frank did on Empt Nest. Trying to do it with no connection at the fire wall just hose straight through.

any opinions on a bulkhead vs running the hoses straight through? ive heard its really hard to connect the <12" hoses on the interior side to the bulkhead.
