Auto Kraft oil Pan?
I just got my oil pan, As I was looking at it, I noticed it looks like its for a dry sum set up? Am I missing something? its a 98 LS1 vette motor.
Can someone shoot a picture of how there is set up,
thanks Kirk

Autokraft does not make a Drysump Oil Pan! In the kit you should've received...
Custom oil pickup tube and a billet oil filter adapter with the Oil Pan.....The only thing, that I did not like is that you have to buy longer oil pan bolts.

My LS3 bolts were long enough but on my old LS1 the bolts were too short.
You will also need 2 shorter bolts to replace the long ones on the rear of the pan near the flywheel

Thanks guys, I just went out and looked at old pan, I guess I should do that before asking a stupid question. Thats a good point on needing 2 more bolts as 2 of them were long when I removed the old pan.
Thanks again for your time.

I have stainless works but the oil pan has no say on what header you can run. The header fitment is a mount/subframe/steering issue

John I agree with you on the oil pan header fitment, I ordered that BRP hot rods 1-7/8, I actually called to cancel my order to go with the Stainless works today but they already started making them, So I pray they work out like they said they will. I'm hoping for the 300 I'll save it does not come back to bite me in the butt.
Thanks Kirk
