Hey, whats up? my name is Josh Jenkins(bet you never woulda guessed that one huh?) Anyways, I am 25 years old, and Ive been building custom vehicles for about 8 years now, previous to that I drag raced in the NHRA Jr Drag Racing League... I come from a thick car background, but never really got into the mechanics and stuff of them until I was around 13. To make a long story short... heres an excerpt of a description Ive often used... will show you im not part of a one man operation lol "We are a full service custom shop serving Kentucky and the surrounding states, with the most competitive prices, and most knowledgeable sales staff with years of experience in adjustable suspensions(air & hydraulic), sheet metal work(chop tops, suicide doors, shaving, frenchingg, nosing, decking, etc.) full frames builds from scratch, and full restoration, and we just recently added full paint and body to our repetoire. in 2005 we received a GM design award at SEMA."
We have had several trucks/cars on the covers/features of mini truckin magazine, lowrider, truckin, street trucks, on line magazines, etc...
I would like to share my latest personal project with you, a 1963 Chevrolet Belair, I actually have never really understood the whole project name thing, but since this is a Belair, I have to pay some homage to one of my all time favorite sitcoms... this is project "Fresh Prince"
I will share some photos of past builds in a future post, but for now, here are two renditions of the belair... look for the Project Build in the Project update section of the forum...
