Default Is anyone running the DSE coil over

Is anyone running the DSE front coil over front kit on a 1969 Camaro? Thoughts or recommendations for me. I just but one and should of asked this question before I bought it. Do you like it? Hoe does it handle?

Thanks In advance Kirk

I have not used the DSE, I am installing the Chicane LM kit now though and really like the way it is going together.

The reason I went with the Chicane is I read a lot of reviews of the DSE and most people said they are more difficult to adjust ride height. Also, you have to pull your engine and buy a fixture.

Yes on the engine pull, but the DSE kit comes with the fixture for the same price so it's a push on price. I was going to use one of these kits but I'm going to do it myself like Mark did on Camaro X or I may go with an aftermarket sub frame will see.

I have had it on my car right after Kyle developed and put it on Twister. It works great and handles very well. I remember Kyle saying it was tested against 2002 camaro and handled as well or better with the tests they performed.

The new subframes are very nice and handle even better, but this is a great compromise if you dont have the $$ to go with subframe. The DSE coilover removes the a-arm plate and relocates to improve roll center and caster gain. If you add tubular uppers, that helps also.
