Question T 56 What did this come out of?

Can anyone tell me what this T56 is out of? It looks like a GTO or CTSV?? It seems to be a good deal but I don't want to get something that I can't use.
Thanks guys for the help.

Have you tried running the part number? I dont remember what application that rear flange is for.
Take a look at some of Gus' listings from pick a part. Good photo ref. Maybe you will see that shifter and flange configuration?

if it belonged to ctsv is missing the shifter linkage but the out put shaft is the same style I just sold mine after doing a bit of research it was too expensive to swap tail shaft for conventional spline yoke so unless your are going to use it with that out put shaft I would skip on it.

1600.00 or so to make it work conventional

It looks to me like a CTS-V...... our resident CTS-V guy who owns one is at the Holley LS Fest as we speak so I cannot confirm.

Not 100%, but I think we determined it's from a Challenger...
