Default body bushings

I need help deciding which body bushings to use. I want my car to handle but I have been told poly will stiffen the ride to much but rubber is to mushy. Just wanted to make an informed decision before I order. Thanks for any suggestions you have.

My .02....Poly or alum Gib if you plan on running your car hard. If it's just a street car and ride/comfort is important than stick w rubber.

also not sure if you know but if you plan to run subframe connectors you'll need to run solids.
