About Vendors, and the pwr of Google

What i learned today from this site and a Google search...

1. Use caution and credit cards when making a large orders.
2. Follow up with distributors directly on orders.
3. Insist on refund policy and delivery estimates before paying for anything..
4. Their is a site that I love (other than this one) that i cannot use for vendor recommendations.. they filter information and their appears to be a bias..
5. Maybe spending 10 to 20 K on one order with one vendor is a bad idea without a contract..
