Default DSE subframes ackerman angle

DSE's website states that with 10" wide wheels their frame has 2.5 deg of ackerman angle with a 30 deg turning angle. Does the 2.5 degree ackerman angle mean that when the inside wheel is turned to 30 deg. that the outer one will be at 32.5 deg. ?

Usually positive Ackerman would indicate the inner tire is at the greater angle.
