Thanks guys.
I'm hoping to have this done for spring so I'll have lots of updates.
specs as of now.
421 sbc
Tremec 5 speed road course ratios
moser 9-inch floater rearend
Willwood brakes drilled and slotted
Ridetech Coilovers coming soon.
Frame designed and built by me with a full Nascar style cage.
Going to start back on the firewall this weekend. I had it finished and then I decided to move the engine back 5 inches....lol......I do everything 3 times.

Yeah I'm not a Pontiac purist. I do have a couple pontiac 4 bangers from Tempest and a 326 but they don't have the power of this engine.......My 421 doesn't have one single Chevrolet part in it except the intake Manifold.

I had the opportunity to buy a running white 62 4cyl/auto with red interior along with a brown 62 donor with a 4-speed last year for just $2500 and shouda done it! Came with an extra engine and bunch of other extras! Woulda made for a fun project/driver and a cool 300hp 5.3 LS swap eventually!

I know the 64s get more love but I love the looks of the 62/63s! Subscribed!!

I finally got the firewall all done and the Dash all welded up.I haven't welded in the door bars yet so that I don't have to crawl over them all the time. These are not the wheels I'm going to use but they are the correct width and offset so I could check all my clearances. I'm going to buy a rotisserie this weekend and start on the body work. You can see the engine setback in these pictures. I've also decided to switch to coilovers and will be running Ridetech's newest fully adjustable coilovers.
