Default Rent a wheel simulator?

Does anyone rent one of those nice wheel simulators that are used to mockup an actual tire to determine backspace? I know there are those less expensive Percy Wheelrite things but I've seen much nicer ones.

Thanks

A while back I think (I could be wrong) SyborgTT had one he rented. Again this was a couple years back and I may be confusing this. Sorry if I'm incorrect.
