Looks like you need new rocker panels, quarters, etc. You need to open it up more to see on how much you need to replace. I seen a 68 Firebird that need all the sheet metal replaced, but he didn't need the roof replaced. There is a few shops that are on the forum here, that can give you better advice. These Camaros have hidden secrets buried into each one, but I would recommend replacing the sheet metal that needs to be replaced.

Well it depends on what your plans for the car are? First as stated you need a qtr and an outter rocker, most likely you will need an inner rocker as well.

How does the rest of car look as far as rust? I'm sure there are other areas that need to be repaired/replaced?

If you are planning a complete build, then I would start by cutting out all the bad metal to see what needs to be replaced under the outter sheet metal. Then I would have it all blasted. Then start to replace all the metal that needs to be replaced. Once you have that part done you can move on the rest of the build.

Probably should price, inner and outer rocker, 1/4 panel, outer wheelhouse, maybe inner, and you better look at the 1/4 behind the tire, probably need trunk extension. It's just as easy to change it all when you do the job then trying to weld new metal to old paper thin rusty stuff, good luck

Default Rocker Panel

Thanks guys for the info, I posted the same question on Camaro.Net and got some feedback, I had to replace the driver side toe board and floor. The passenger side needed a little work around the toe board, then I got into the rocker and found that disaster. I will expose more of it during this weekend. Qaurters will need to be replaced as well.

Thanks again for the replies guys, I appreciate it...
