Default Is the extra couple inches worth the money? 20x12 vs 20x10?

Wanted to get a any opinions on if a 20x12 three piece wheel is worth the money vs a 20x10 wheel? You pay a decent premium to get the extra 2". I think the 12" looks really good, has anyone gone thru the same thought process? Any opinions?

The set up I am going for is a 20x12 (335/35R20) and 19x10 in front. It would go on a 1967 Nova (LS7 w/ Tremec 6 Speed)....

I been looking at Forgeline, Fesler, etc. Any other suggestions?

Thanks!!

For looks not so much. For traction that keeps you from turning the car into a yard-sale absolutely!

Hey Jay - I would like to put a 19x10 Wheel on front with a 20x12 on the rear (deep lip, low profile - most likley a 35mm).

This is the look I am going for :

1970 Fesler Built Nova with similar wheel/tire setup

man, I would have to agree a 20 on a Nova would look huge. We have a 18 and 19 combo and It looks about right in my opinion. it is a 19x11 I think on a 315 I will look in the morning.

Here are a set of Forgeline's 20x12.5 in back and 20x10 in front -- not my car but they are my wheels.
