Default qa1 coilovers for 67 camaro

Hey guys I'm in the process of setting up my subframe. I picked up some upper and lower tubular control arms from a swap meet for $320 for the set. My question is I want to run qa1 single adjustable coilovers and was wondering what length shock and spring i should use. The arms appear to be stock geometry. I have an ls1 I'm putting in it so was thinking 650# spring rates. Thanks for the help. Jimmie

Qa1 does not make a 650lb spring.
Viking does.
but I would recommend a 550lb spring.
