Standerd or Quick Ratio Rack?

I'm getting ready to order a rack for my Wayne Due clip and I'd like to know what you guys think is better the standerd or quick ratio which is 15:1 . the company Wayne told me he likes is AGR but I thought I'd see what anyone else likes or doesn't like
