NOT positive on the trans mission pad location in reference to the T56 but Prior to us coming out with the Tunnel mod above we had the ATS T56 X member

that requires no tunnel cutting.
Does the 6060 not have a 3 bolt rear flange? if so you need to convert it to a standard slip yoke style OR have a custom drive shaft mad with a slip spline in it.
