Default restoration - frame/body where to begin?

I'm in the beginning of what is looking like a 2-3 year project and have some questions regarding your past experience and possible mistakes to avoid. Due to the horrible body lines and rust/rot on much of the front end of the car I completely disassembled all of it. I'm now to the point of welding new quarter panels and many have told me I need to put the frame back under the car before cutting the old ones out. Others have said I need the fenders and radiator support back in as well before I start cutting/welding anything back on the rear. I'm not in a position to support or defend any of the options, but rather ask what is the best route to take. While lining up the quarters with the doors do the front fenders come into play at all at this point, Or do they get lined up after this has been done?

A Full array of photos are available on the car's website: http://69camarorestoration.com

Thanks for your assistance,

-Inet

You need the doors on for sure even before cutting the old quarters off. I was told that you really need the front fendors and hood on as well. Everything lines up off the quarters so if it were me, I would have as much on and lined up correctly as possible prior to cutting them off.
