Default Very Nice OLD School 550HP 393 Stroker Cleveland + Richmond 6 Speed

Item Location (City/State):South TX

Price:$12k OBO

Description:393 Stoker Cleveland + Richmond 6 Speed

Selling my 71 mild pro-touring Boss 351 Mustang and I am reinstalling the original correct engine into it. Therefore I am selling this engine. It will make a great engine for the Ford owner and will also save them a ton of money. Truly only the best parts were installed. True turn key setup, just run your fuel line to the carburetor and dial it in.

I literally have close to $21k in this drop in ready to run set up. I have already sold several engines on this forum and on Lat-G.

The Richmond 6spd trans, long shifter, blow-proof bell housing and clutch kit are close to $7k at Jegs.
Blue Thunder intake manifold and valve covers (high end) are close to $1k alone.

Hand selected, seasoned & magna-fluxed 4 bolt main block only from 1972.

All forged internals-Ross pistons, 4340 rods & crank, ARP fasteners inside.
Crane Cams full roller cam #529801 and Crane Cams hydraulic roller lifters #36532-16 and Comp Cams aluminum Magnum roller rockers.
Billet roller timing chain part# 08-2003T9R by RPM (Rons Precision Machine)

Iron 4v heads, ported & polished with MPG torque plates and oil relocation kit. Hardened valve seats.

Stainless ARP fasteners on the exterior. Billet water neck, PowerMaster starter, Mallory Unilite distributor, coil and ignition box (not shown).

Holley 750 double pumper with a K&N 14" filter and filter top.

The Canton oil pan, intake manifold and valve covers are powdercoated. They all can be easily painted a different color if you like.

NEW PRICE IS $8000+actual shipping.

I have the custom fabbed crossmember and the forged yoke for the trans. I will fit 68-73 Mustangs without issue.

I chose the Richmond trans over the Tremec since the casing is slimmer and you don't have to cut the tunnel to make it fit or for correct driveline angles.

Unfortunately no video. I have plenty of good feedback on eBay, pro-touring.com and lateral-g.net. I've sold several engines on those forums.

I can also provide the name of the shop in Austin TX and the owner of the shop who did the break in on the engine. I have receipts.

Here are more pics taken today:
